We are specialized in managing large global IP portfolios, where we assist companies with the management of their entire IP portfolios of e.g. trademarks and designs, but we are just as happy to assist startup and scale up companies in getting their rights secured and managed.
Besides portfolio management, SAVI advises in all areas of intellectual property law and can assist with all sorts of administrative IP matters, including opposition cases and cancellation actions, appeal cases and domain name complaints.
In addition, we have extensive experience assisting our clients if they experience infringements of e.g. their trademarks, copyrights, design rights or rights based on the Danish Marketing Practices Act (or is accused of infringing the IP rights of others).
