TRADE SECRETS

Roughly speaking, trade secrets are information which has a commercial value, and which is not known to competitors because the information is kept secret.

Among other things, such information may not be used or disclosed if you are subject to a confidentiality agreement or are otherwise obliged not to disclose the trade secret. The “Trade Secrets Act” includes rules on:

  • Acquisition of trade secrets
  • Use of trade secrets
  • Disclosure of trade secrets
  • Penalties for violation of the law.

If you need a confidentiality agreement or to discuss how best to protect your trade secrets, you can always contact us here: [email protected] or [email protected].
