Course I – Introduction to IPR for Marketing Departments
Since marketing departments in companies often have a great (if not decisive) influence on which trademarks, designs, and domain names a company uses, it is our experience that it is a good idea to already think in terms of distinctiveness and availability here in regard to trademarks and the need for protection of designs.
We tailor courses on trademarks and designs for marketing departments to equip them to think about the legal steps from the beginning of a process. This lowers the risk of running into problems with authorities or earlier rightsholders who have already obtained exclusive rights to use the desired right.

Course II – Introduction to the Danish Marketing Practices Act’s rules in relation to greenwashing
We offer courses for marketing departments about the rules of the Marketing Practices Act, including which rules prohibits greenwashing and what you should be aware of in connection with your marketing and branding.
We tailor courses based on a review of existing marketing material, which we will use as a starting point for the course and provide recommendations to in regard to the Marketing Practices Act.
