Vibeke Aagaard is specialized in intellectual property law (IP) with a particular focus on securing and protecting trademark rights. Vibeke has a background as an attorney in some of Denmark’s largest law firms and she has also worked for several years as an in-house lawyer in the trademark department of one of Denmark’s largest companies and as an IP and trademark advisor in a patent and trademark agency. 

Vibeke advises on trademarks, designs, copyright, domain names and marketing law. She has in-depth experience in portfolio management and in drafting IP strategies as well as in drafting, reviewing and interpreting agreements regarding IP rights. In addition, Vibeke has experience in drafting and handling domain name complaints. 

Vibeke also advises on disputes about IP infringements and handles related settlement negotiations.
